June was a very strong month for the Auction process.
When we say process I mean, not just selling on the Auction day, but showing the market that our sellers are serious about selling by investing in an Auction campaign.
We had some fantastic results on Inverness Terrace, Marion post Auction, which is nestled in Oaklands Park, along with Barnett Terrace Seacliff, eventually selling well above our offers on Auction day.
The pick of the bunch though was 19A Wattle Avenue Fullarton. A beautiful character bungalow selling prior to Auction after a knockout offer was presented two days before Auction day. The property was proudly marketed and sold by Karen Millard after five original offers were well short of expectation.
The Auction process is all about finding a cash buyer and offering a clean, clear unconditional contract and a settlement date that works for our Vendors. This can come prior to the Auction date, on the day and sell at the fall of the hammer or after Auction day.
We are set for a big July and August with a number of Auctions in Marion and surrounding suburbs including, a beautiful four bedroom home in the Avenues estate in leafy Novar Gardens.
On a side note, as an office we are supporting the Ray White Corporate Quiz Night, this Saturday 13th of July with all proceeds going to Childhood Cancer. This should be a huge night of fundraising and raising awareness for Childhood cancer. Tickets are still available, check it out here if you are interested >> https://bit.ly/2xydD0v
